It is 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO),  Seaworld, & International Drive. 40 minutes from Universal, 1Hr from Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast and 1¼Hr from Cape  Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. 

The community has the following facilities: 2 Children’s playgrounds, jogging trail, basketball, tennis, putting green and football (soccer) pitch.
